Residential Parking Zone Parking Permit Application

The Residential Parking Zone (RPZ) Parking Permit is open to residents in an established zone, Meadows or Brenchley. To determine if your property qualifies for the program please contact City Administration at  503-682-1502. 

Applicants must submit the following at the time of application:

  • Proof of residence- Valid driver’s license, lease or rental agreement  confirming address is within the RPZ
  • Proof of ID- Valid driver’s license, or state issued ID card.
  • Vehicle Registration- Applicants must provide current, state issued vehicle registration for each resident permit. Registration must match address within the RPZ.

Once the application is reviewed, staff will email the applicant to provide permit payment options. Approved permits will be mailed the the applicant via USPS. 

Own or Rent
If renting, provide the name and phone number of your landlord or property manager. If you own the property, please write "N/A".
Provide a copy of the applicant's valid driver’s license, or lease/ rental agreement confirming address is within the RPZ.
Files must be less than 2 MB.

All permits, regardless of when obtained, will expire at the end of the calendar year, The number of guest permits, per household within the Residential Parking Zone (RPZ) will be limited and will be determined by the City Manager. Once that number of residential and guest permits to be issued for a RPZ is determined, it cannot be changed for that year. Annual Resident Permits are vehicle specific and non transferrable. They cost $15 each..
Guest passes are free with the purchase of an annual residential permit.
By applying for a permit and signing this application, the undersigned resident agrees that the information on this form is true, correct, and complete.
