Each year an urban renewal agency must prepare a report for the governing body and the general public in accordance with ORS 457.460.  The information in the following sec­tions complies with the reporting requirements of the statute.  Individuals interested in reading the complete report may view it at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Cen­ter Loop, E, Wilsonville, Oregon and/or online at www.ci.wilsonville.or.us/finance/financial-reports.

Urban renewal methodology directs taxes related to growth to be apportioned to the ur­ban renewal agency. The effect of this apportionment on Wilsonville’s overlapping tax­ing jurisdictions is represented in the chart below.  Note under current Oregon’s school funding law, school districts are not directly affected by the division of taxes but are included in the chart below for display purposes.
