The park's water feature will be in operation except during remarks.  Activities, such as crafts, scavenger hunt, and yard games, are offered throughout the event. Community organizations and event sponsors may provide giveaway items and promotional materials.

The park has restrooms and limited  parking.  Additional parking is located at City Hall (29799 SW Town Center Loop). Music and speeches use amplified sound.
