The URA meetings are all open to the public and the general public can attend any City Council work session or regular meeting. At each meeting there is the opportunity for the public to speak under "Citizen Input" on items that are listed on the agenda but not schedule for a public hearing. This is an opportunity for visitors to address the Agency on any matter concerning the URA business or any matter over which the Agency has control. It is also the time to address items that are on the agenda but not scheduled for a public hearing. Staff and the Agency will make every effort to respond to questions raised during Citizens Input before the meeting ends or as quickly as possible thereafter. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes.
Executive Session starts at 5:00pm, Work Session immediately follows, and City Council meeting starts at 7:00pm, followed immediately by an Urban Renewal Agency (URA) meeting.
The URA meeting occurs as needed.
Agendas are available the Wednesday prior to the meetings and are posted online. Minutes are available following approval.
