2024 Street Maintenance - Engineering and Related Services

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing engineering services related to the design and construction of pavement rehabilitation on SW Boones Ferry Road and SW Boberg Road. Requested services include performing necessary investigation and testing of existing pavement condition, topographic surveying, preparation of engineering design and construction documents, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction support, and other related services. 

The City’s purpose in using this process will be to evaluate and rank qualified firms who have a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects of similar projects, leading to a negotiated Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement.  The estimated cost for these services is less than $250,000.
