Charbonneau Stormwater Improvements Phase 2a
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The goal of the project is to replace and/or relocate an aging 815-foot section of 12” storm sewer between the Red Course Hole #1 and the adjacent homes and Activity Center to the north, which was installed in the mid-70’s. The current condition of these pipes is in poor condition and are at risk of collapse and/plugging during large rain events. The project team will coordinate with the adjacent community amenities and property owners to plan for as minimal disruption as practical during construction.
