Stafford Road Improvements
Coming soon! Stafford Road Widen Project
Big changes are beginning as the City kicks off the Stafford Road Widening Project. This project is aimed at improving traffic flow, safety, and walkability in the City of Wilsonville. Design of new sidewalks, separated bike lanes, a median, street trees, stormwater upgrades, and also underground most overhead utility lines. A round about is expected to be designed at SW Brisbane Street and at SW Kahle Road. The project limits are generally from the intersection of SW Boeckman Road to SW Kahle Road.
The scope of the construction work will be determined in the future, after a portion of the design is complete. In the meantime, minor construction work for design will be causing minor traffic delays starting in August 2025. This work is intended to collect data to be used during the design process.
Please return to this website as the City will post regular updates.

In conjunction with the Stafford Road Water Extension (CIP #1158) and Stafford Road Sewer Extension (CIP #2111), this project will widen Stafford Road between Frog Pond Lane and Boeckman Road to serve the Frog Pond South and East development area and must be installed prior to development of these areas.
More information is available in our Frog Pond South and East Master plan here:

As shown in the Frog Pond East and South Master Plan, the proposed road cross section is expected to generally reflect what is shown below. Portions of this work will be completed by this project and portions may be completed as the City grows in the Frog Pond South and East areas.
