And Public Hearings Concerning State Shared Revenue
The first public meeting of the Wilsonville Budget Committee, Clackamas and Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be held at the Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, the 7th of May 2025 at 6:00 pm. Subsequent meetings are scheduled for Tuesday the 13th of May 2025 and Thursday, the 22nd of May 2025 (if needed). All meetings begin at 6:00 pm and will also be held via Zoom web conferencing platform. The purpose is to receive the Budget Message and comments from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained by contacting City Recorder Kimberly Veliz at cityrecorder@wilsonvilleoregon.gov or by phone at (503) 570-1506 beginning the 1st of May 2025. A copy shall also be available on the City’s web page, www.wilsonvilleoregon.gov. At the first meeting, the Budget Committee will hold a public hearing for the purpose of obtaining comments from the public on the proposed uses of state revenue sharing funds in the upcoming budget for fiscal year 2025-26.
These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may comment at the meeting(s) and provide written and oral comments discussing the proposed programs for fiscal year 2025-26 with the Budget Committee.
