Collective Bargaining

All regular and part-time employees of the City of Wilsonville, excluding the following: transit employees, supervisory and confidential employees, interns and/or students, temporary employees, seasonal employees and on-call employees, participate in the Wilsonville Municipal Employee Association (WilMEA).

All regular and part-time Transit Drivers, Mechanics, Transit Dispatchers, and Fleet Hostlers within the City's SMART Transit Department , excluding supervisory and confidential employees, interns and/or students, participate in SEIU.

The City of Wilsonville collective bargaining agreements are generally negotiated for a three year time period. The current agreements and associated Compensation Plan are listed below.
