Age Friendly Programs
Goals
The goal of the Parks and Recreation Department is to provide the residents of Wilsonville with a wide variety of programs, services, and recreational opportunities that promote health, wellness, and enjoyment.
If your goal is life-long learning, there are a wide variety of classes available for active adults. Discover the health benefits of Tai Chi, yoga or or get moving with dance fitness. The classes are available for registering online. Individuals of all ages are invited to participate.
In addition to classes, many drop-in programs and ongoing activities are available for no charge. Join the Wilsonville Walkers on Tuesdays or Thursdays, play bridge or pinochle, learn how to paint with watercolor, go on a trip, socialize with friends over lunch, or check your e-mail from one of our computers.
