Manage Multiple Accounts

You must be Registered Online to manage Multiple Accounts
Linking accounts
This allows you to manage multiple accounts with one online profile
- Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor
- At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
- From the drop down menu, select "Manage Accounts"
- Matching Email Addresses
- A list of accounts will appear with the same email address
- Click, "Add Account" for each account you would like to access
- Individual Account Add
- Select "Add Account" (green box)
- From the pop-up box, select "Utility"
- In the "Customer Name" box, type in the first 3 characters of your name as it appears on the bill
- In the "Customer Number" box, type the 13 digit number located on your bill (no space or dashes)
- Select "Search Accounts" and click on "Add to my Profile" (green box)

- Each account will have their own preferences for Autopay and Paperless enrollment
- From the dashboard select the box for "Autopay" and/or "Paperless" and follow the setup prompts
un-linking accounts
- Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor
- At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
- From the drop down menu, select "Manage Accounts"
- A list of connected accounts will appear
- Click the "+" sign next to the account you would like to remove
- Under "Account Settings", select "Remove this account from my Profile"
