Transit Master Plan

New 2023 Transit Master Plan Adopted

On July 17, 2023 the Wilsonville City Council adopted the new updated Transit Master Plan. Thank you to all who provided input and were involved with the development of the plan. The Transit Master Plan (TMP) lays out a set of improvements to the City's public transit system that responds to changes in demand brought on by the pandemic; City goals for mobility, economic opportunities, and the environment; and priorities expressed by the public during outreach conducted in 2022.

This Transit Master Plan will guide future decision-making for SMART for the next five years. Highlights of the Plan include:

• More frequency
• Better regional connections
• Improved customer service
• New connection point in Town Center
• Improved weekend service
• Low and no-emissions buses
