Walk Smart is a free program that encourages participants to walk more by providing tools and motivation. 

Our vision is to get more people walking every day for health, transportation, environment, and community.

All walks are free, come to one or all! We would like to collect your email so that you can receive weekly updates of where the walk will be and cancelations that may occur.

Look for opportunities to walk with your children, family or friends. Consider adding other walking routines to your day by organizing a lunchtime walking group at work, or a before-or after-work group with friends or neighbors.

Walk More 

 At some point in our day, whether we drive a car, ride a bike or take transit to get around, we are first pedestrians. Many of the trips we take are short, within a 20 minute walk, and could be taken by foot, giving you a chance to exercise, time to unwind and get to know your surroundings in a new way.
